Jay Sklar, Professor of Old Testament; Dean of Faculty. B.A. University of Waterloo (Canada); M.Div., Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary; Ph.D., The University of Gloucestershire (England). Dr. Sklar has been teaching at Covenant since the fall of 2001. His research interests have focused on the book of Leviticus, on which he is currently finishing a commentary (Tyndale Old Testament Commentary series, IVP). He met his wife Carolyn in the library at Gordon-Conwell (and to this day encourages all of his single students to study hard). Jay and Carolyn live in St. Louis.

Eric Ortlund is happily married to Erin and father to Kate (9) and Will (6). He teaches Hebrew and Old Testament at Briercrest College and Seminary in Saskatchewan, Canada and worships at St. Aidan's Anglican church. His calling in life is to witness to the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ in the Old Testament, and finds special joy in teaching books like Job and Ecclesiastes.

Jayne Clark is a counselor and faculty member at Christian Counseling and Educational Foundation (CCEF) in Glenside, Pennsylvania. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Studies from Barrington College and a Master of Arts in Religion in Pastoral Counseling from Westminster Theological Seminary, where she serves as Associate Dean of Students. She is a frequent Bible teacher and conference speaker.

Lydia Brownback is the author of several books and a speaker at women's conferences internationally. When time allows, Lydia blogs at lydiabrownback.com. She has served as director of editorial for Crossway's Book Division; writer-in-residence for Reverend Alistair Begg; and broadcast media manager for Alliance of Confessing Evangelicals, where she produced The Bible Study Hour radio program with James Montgomery Boice. Lydia holds degrees from Syracuse University and Westminster Theological Seminary.
